With the support of the EWGA Foundation, the EWGA has a comprehensive education program for adult women golfers of all skill levels. These programs enable women to learn the game of golf (both skills and game knowledge), improve their skills over time, enjoy playing the game, achieve their own golf goals and use the game of golf to increase their success in business.
The EWGA Golf Education Programs are designed to meet the needs of three distinctly different groups of golfing goals:
Getting Started provides all the basics to help a new golfer become comfortable on the golf course.
Breaking 100 is for golfers who are trying to score around or just above bogey on a regular basis.
How Low Can You Go is designed for golfers who can break 100 and are striving to reach even higher levels of performance - breaking 90 and beyond!
EWGA Skills Challenge provides golfers of all levels with a fun way to improve their short game and ultimately improve their scores on the golf course. It provides a structured, numerical way to represent a student’s short game skills and to identify key areas for improvement.
S.W.I.N.G. (Skillful Women Inspiring New Golfers) is the new golfer mentor program available to all U.S. EWGA members. This program helps new golfers become comfortable playing out on the golf course and ensure they are familiar with the etiquette of the game.
EWGA Golf for Business is designed to help women gain confidence and develop strategies in a golf for business setting.
