EWGA Skills Challenge

EWGA Skills Challenge provides golfers of all levels with a fun way to improve their short games and ultimately improve their scores on the golf course.  It offers a structured, numerical way to represent a student's short game skills and to identify key areas for improvement.

The Skills Challenge starts with an initial short game test to set the golfers baseline.  A 6-8 week training program follows with a closing short game test to gauge the golfers improvement.

The training program includes:

  • Chipping
  • Pitching
  • Greenside bunkers
  • Putting
  • Distance wedges
