Practice Rounds:  Practice rounds are available for the rate of $50.00.  An EWGA block for practice rounds will be available on Friday, August 20, 2010 from 12:00-2:00 PM.  Players may book tee-times through Villa Roma Golf Shop (845) 887-5080 ext. 7200.  Please recognize yourself as an EWGA Semi-Final contestant when booking.

	6:30-7:30 PM	Rules Meeting
Saturday, August 21	7:00-9:30 AM	Player Check-in/Late Registration
	7:30-10:00 AM	Championship Round Begins
	1:00-3:30 PM	Awards Luncheon

Rain Date:  In the event of a rainout, EWGA will work with event location to promptly reschedule event.

Accommodations:  There are no registration requirements regarding accommodations.  Participants are responsible for arrangements and payment of their own accommodations.

A special rate has been extended by TBD.  TBD has reserved a limited quantity of rooms at a specially extended rate.  Please identify yourself as an Executive Women's Golf Association or an EWGA member when booking.
