Practice Rounds:  Practice rounds are available at a rate of $29.00 cart included on Friday, August 20, 2010 from 12:00 - 2:00 PM.  Reservations may be made through the Ledges Golf Shop (413) 532-2307.  Please identify yourself as an EWGA Semi-Final contestant when booking.

Friday, August 20	4:00-6:30 PM	Player Registration
	6:30-7:30 PM	Rules Meeting
Saturday, August 21	6:30-9:30 AM	Player Check-in/Late Registration
	7:30-10:00 AM	Championship Rounds begin
	1:30-3:30 PM	Awards Luncheon

 Rain Date:  In the event of a rainout, EWGA will work with event location to promptly reschedule event.

Accommodations:  There are no registration requirements regarding accommodations.  Participants are responsible for arrangements and payment of their own accommodations.

AHQ will not be holding hotel room blocks for this Semi-Final Championship.  Below is a list of hotels in the area:
