Registration Fees:  Competitors: $120.00 (Includes Championship round & awards buffet following play)
                Guest of Champions: $20.00 (Includes awards buffet only. Prior registration required)

Practice Rounds:  Practice rounds are available for a rate of $50.00 cart included.  An EWGA block for practice rounds will be available on Friday, August 22, 2008 from 12:00-2:00 PM.  Players may book tee-times through Tumwater Valley Golf Club pro shop.  Please recognize your EWGA membership when booking.

Friday, August 22	4:00-6:30 PM	Player Registration in Clubhouse
	7:00-8:00 PM	Rules Meeting
Saturday, August 23	7:30 AM	Split Tee Start
	1:30 PM	Awards Buffet in Clubhouse

Rain Date:  In the event of a rainout, EWGA will work with event location to promptly reschedule event.

Accommodations:  There are no registration requirements regarding accommodations.  Participants are responsible for arrangements and payment of their own accommodations.

A special rate has been extended by Holiday Inn Express and Comfort Inn.  AHQ has reserved a limited quantity of rooms for each hotel at this specially extended rate.  The EWGA rate will no longer be available past the room release date listed below.  Please identify yourself as a EWGA member when booking.
