American Airlines, the Official Airline of the EWGA, is offering special AA discounts to the 2008 Championship Finals in Aloha, OR. To get your discount, simply follow the directions below:

Option 1   Book directly on AA.com/women^TM and save with a 5% discount and pay no ticketing fees.

Follow these easy steps to get your discount:

• Go to AA.com/women, Click on "BOOK NOW".
• Click on USING A DISCOUNT CODE.  
• At the bottom enter your 7-Character Discount.
• If you search by fare, schedules will be shown by lowest fare and will include your discount, if applicable.
• If you search by schedule, once you select flights, AA.com/ will automatically calculate your discount, if applicable, then display your discounted fare in the "Fare Summary" table.

Option 2:      Book directly with American Airlines Meeting Services:  Call 1-800-433-1790, in the U.S. and Canada and refer to your Authorization Number A5198AK.  (A ticketing fee applies to phone reservations).  For all other locations, contact your local American Airlines Reservations office. 

Option 3:      Travel Agency:  Please ask the agent to place the Authorization Number A5198AK in the "Tour Code" box.

In order to secure this special EWGA discount, you must book your travel within the valid travel dates of September 23, 2008- September 30, 2008.

All flights must arrive through Portland, OR International Airport (PDX).

• Valid for percentage discount travel from all markets where American Airlines, American Eagle, AmericanConnection Service and all one world Alliance Partners (collectively "American Airlines") provide service for US/CAN, Puerto Rico, USVI, Bahamas, Bermuda, the Caribbean, Europe, Pacific, Mexico and Latin America point of sale only.
• Not valid for use in conjunction with any other discounted type fare, i.e. Senior, Child, Mlty./Govt., non-discountable excursion fares.
• Discounts will apply to discountable fares where American Airlines, American Airlines codeshare, or one world alliance partners are involved.  AA must be the governing carrier.
• The use of American Airlines code share will require that one segment of the itinerary be on AA metal.
• Discounts not valid on Zone fares.
• The percentage discount can be booked on-line at www.aa.com/women for AA/AE flights only.  Use the authorization number noted above as the aa.com promotion code. Certain restrictions apply.

**  TICKETING INFORMATION  **

• Electronic ticketing must be issued for all eligible itineraries; otherwise a paper ticket fee will apply.
• Tickets may be purchased through the official agency, or by calling AA Meeting Services at 1-800-433-1790. For AA ticketing the form of payment must be money order, certified/cashier check, valid credit card and a separate ticketing fee will apply.
• Other airline segments must be ticketed separately unless otherwise noted in contract.
• AADVANTAGE members may accrue mileage on American Airlines for tickets purchased at contracted rates. For the rules of mileage accrual on partner airlines, please check with the AADVANTAGE Department.
• Electronic and Monetary upgrades to Business or First class are allowed after ticketing. Certificate award upgrades to Business or First are allowed based on AADVANTAGE certificate guidelines.
• Circle trips, stopovers, open returns, and open jaws are allowed based upon fare rules unless otherwise noted in the contract. Travel Agency prepaids are allowed.
• In the event your group does not meet the required minimum size, they will be considered individual travelers and must be ticketed at the current published fare for which they qualify.
