(Palm Beach Gardens, FL, August 3, 2015) Stepping out in style with logoed Antigua apparel is a new option for EWGA members now that Antigua has signed on as a new national licensed vendor of EWGA. This agreement further demonstrates Antigua’s longstanding commitment to women’s golf.
“With team competition being a key activity across the association, EWGA members can now become their own Team Antigua by taking advantage of the wide range of sizes and styles offered,” says Ashley Nelson, EWGA’s Director of Business Partnerships. “Over 3,000 members will compete in EWGA’s 2015 Championship & Match Play Series this fall and with Antigua’s attractive price points and size run for women, it’s a great fit!”
As a Licensed Vendor of EWGA, Antigua will be able to target EWGA members and Chapters with on-going apparel offers throughout the year. Antigua’s apparel will be available for purchase on EWGA’s shop site and through branded apparel flyers sent to EWGA Chapter Leaders seasonally with offers to place an order for members in their Chapter.
In addition to on-going communications surrounding the national partnership, Antigua will have representatives on-site at EWGA’s biggest events to sell and place orders. At these events, EWGA ladies will be able to try clothes on for sizing and get a first look at apparel available for the upcoming season. The on-site access will allow Antigua to connect with women and gain marketing perspectives and feedback from avid female golfers.
“This new relationship is one that EWGA’s membership has been asking for,” adds Nelson and “now we are able to deliver!”
"Women's golf apparel and women's golf in general are very important parts of our business at Antigua. Partnering with the EWGA is a perfect fit for us," said Ron McPherson president and CEO of Antigua.
As the largest women-focused national amateur golf association in the United States with chapters in nearly every U.S. major market and corporate center, the EWGA has connected more than 100,000 women who share a passion for cultivating relationships and enjoying the game. Offering a wide range of affordable organized golf activities and educational programs, this award-winning association has been bringing women together through golf since 1991.
