EWGA Goes Virtual to Enhance Member Experience

In an effort to enhance the EWGA member experience and deliver unparalleled golf events for EWGA Members, the EWGA office located in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida will transition into a virtual office, effective November 1, 2017. Aside from a new mailing address, there is no anticipated impact to the way EWGA Members, Chapter leadership and volunteers communicate with EWGA staff.

"Months of planning and due diligence has prepared our team for the move into a virtual environment and we feel confident there will be little disruption to the day-to-day operations of the Association," said Jane Geddes, CEO of the EWGA. "This move will enable the EWGA to improve the quality of our member experiences, increase flexibility in responding to member requests and enhance the well-being of the Association’s long-term financial outlook – ensuring we remain the golf community for women for years to come!"

While the Association's email addresses and phone numbers remain the same, there is a new mailing address for those members who prefer to use the postal service for sending of physical membership renewal forms and checks for membership dues.

"EWGA's move to a virtual office allows us to focus staffing and financial resources back into the member experience," commented Lauren Farrell, EWGA's recently appointed Vice President of Development. "Remote workforces drive cost savings, increased productivity, and more accessibility than traditional workforces, and we are excited to bring these benefits to our Members."
