Established in 2003 as the charitable arm of the EWGA, the mission of the EWGA Foundation is to develop and fund education and leadership programs for women of all ages. The four focus areas of the EWGA Foundation are:
The EWGA Foundation is a 501(c)(3) charitable not-for-profit organization which operates as a distinct legal entity from the EWGA and is funded through donations, member contributions and various fundraising activities conducted throughout the year. Donations are tax deductible to the extent allowable by law. Consult your tax advisor for details.
The "Women On Par®" Scholarship Program provides financial support to women 30 years of age and older who are interested in beginning or completing their undergraduate college education to get ‘on par' with their peers and advance themselves, both professionally and personally. Since inception, the scholarship program has helped more than half a dozen women realize their dreams. In 2015, two (2) scholarships will be awarded: One (1) $1,000 Women On Par® scholarship and one (1) $500 Women On Par® scholarship. The 2015 Women on Par® Scholarship application period opens on January 1st and remains open until 200 applications are received or April 15, 2015, whichever occurs first. Applicants are not required to be EWGA Members, but must comply with the eligibility criteria. Leadership development training and facilitation – the EWGA Foundation provides financial support to feature speakers at EWGA meetings and functions.
EWGA Golf Education Curriculum – the EWGA Foundation provides financial support for the development and evolution of the EWGA Golf Education Curriculum.

Did you know that many employers sponsor matching gift programs and will match charitable contribution made by their employees? These contributions are often matched dollar for dollar, which doubles the power of your charitable donation. As part of EWGA's 20th Anniversary year celebrations, the EWGA Foundation published its first cookbook, "Recipes for Success - On and Off the Course," a delicious collection of more than 380 recipes, tips and golf games contributed by EWGA members from across the country as well as noted friends. This unique cookbook, divided into 9 golf-themed sections, includes favorite recipes such as Dad's Barbeque Sauce from EWGA Founder Nancy Oliver, King Ranch Casserole from Kathy Whitworth and Annika's Bolonese.
