EWGA Foundation

Established in 2003 as the charitable arm of the EWGA, the mission of the EWGA Foundation is to develop and fund education and leadership programs for women of all ages. The four focus areas of the EWGA Foundation are:

  • Develop educational programs which utilize golf as a vehicle to nurture and strengthen leadership skills as well as self-esteem
  • Establish and promote mentoring programs to enable women to help other women
  • Establish scholarship programs which enable women to pursue educational opportunities
  • Promote and provide financial support for activities which fund other charitable organizations whose objectives are aligned with those of the EWGA Foundation

The EWGA Foundation is a 501(c)(3) charitable not-for-profit organization which operates as a distinct legal entity from the EWGA and is funded through donations, member contributions and various fundraising activities conducted throughout the year.  Donations are tax deductible to the extent allowable by law.  Consult your tax advisor for details.
