National Women's Golf Alliance

Three of the nation's most highly respected women's golf organizations have joined forces to launch the National Women's Golf Alliance, with the mission to increase the number of women playing golf, and improve engagement levels of existing women golfers.

The Executive Women's Golf Association, Inc. (EWGA), Golf for Cause LLC and Jan Bel Jan Golf Course Design have pooled their years of expertise, data and observations regarding what women golfers want, experience and need for an enhanced playing experience that keeps them excited about and engaged in golf for years to come. Utilizing this information, the NWGA established a base of standards and best practices that can help make golf facilities more welcoming and attractive to women and enhance golf's overall appeal to women.

Play for P.I.N.K.

A not-for-profit dedicated to raising funds for breast cancer research through golf tournaments and other sporting events. Play for P.I.N.K. (Prevention, Immediate diagnosis, New technology, Knowledge) donates 100% of its proceeds to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation to fund research grants. In 2015, nearly $5 million was contributed to life saving research. Become part of the PINK sisterhood and designate Play for P.I.N.K. as the beneficiary of one of your annual EWGA golf tournaments. The First Tee

The First Tee

EWGA has a partnership with The First Tee to promote EWGA member involvement with local chapters of The First Tee. They want to increase female participation in this international youth development organization that introduces the game of golf and its inherent values to young people by increasing femal role models and mentors at The First Tee chapters.

USGA

The national governing body for golf in the United States, the USGA upholds the best traditions of the game while working to ensure its future. Among its many functions, the USGA conducts national championships, provides the USGA handicap system, and in conjunction with the R & A in St. Andrews, Scotland writes and interprets the Rules of Golf. EWGA is a member of the Regional Associations Committee.
