The EWGA Golf Course Network is a program designed to market golf facility amenities to EWGA members. It helps increase rounds and revenue at facilities while showcasing efforts to grow women’s golf.
The EWGA attracts women who play and spend more on golf than industry averages – with members playing more than 35 rounds annually and spending $4,500 individually on rounds, instruction, equipment, travel and other golf-related items.
My experience with the EWGA has been great. We take our relationship with them very seriously as we see it as an opportunity to grow our business and enhance our relationship with women golfers. They are a really great group to work with and it allows us the opportunity to showcase our golf course and talents to a group of women golfers. Our relationship with our local EWGA chapter has doubled our women's golfing participation at Shadow Valley Golf Course. Simply hosting all of the activities the EWGA is affiliated with; including leagues, lessons, events and tournaments has increased our women’s participation by 100% compared to where we were approximately 5 years ago.
